Gold Beach Main Street is a community-driven nonprofit dedicated to strengthening the heart of our downtown. As part of the Oregon Main Street network, we work to support local businesses, encourage reinvestment, and create welcoming spaces where people want to gather, shop, and spend time.

Our work is rooted in collaboration. We bring together residents, business owners, volunteers, partners, and public agencies to help align community priorities with thoughtful planning and local action.

Gold Beach Main Street serves as a connector and convener, helping the community stay informed, engaged, and involved in efforts that affect our downtown and Main Street corridor.

Through events, revitalization initiatives, placemaking projects, and public engagement, we help build momentum around shared goals like safety, accessibility, economic vitality, and community pride.

Our work centers around four key areas:

• Economic Vitality
  Supporting local businesses, encouraging reinvestment, and strengthening the downtown economy.

• Community Events & Placemaking
  Hosting events, such as Legends Fest Gold Beach, and other projects that bring people together, celebrate local culture, and activate public spaces.

• Downtown Revitalization
  Highlighting and supporting improvements to buildings, storefronts, signage, and streetscapes that enhance the look and feel of Main Street.

• Community Engagement
  Creating opportunities for residents to learn, share input, and participate in conversations about the future of downtown Gold Beach, such as Reimagine Ellensburg.

Progress on Main Street happens when people show up. Our approach is collaborative, transparent, and grounded in community voice. We work alongside city partners, state agencies, local organizations, and volunteers to help ensure that decisions affecting downtown reflect local values and lived experience.
